Our standard Check-in hours are from 2pm and check-out before 10am.Is The Ridge Hakuba a non-smoking property?
We are strictly a non-smoking/non-vaping property.If any indication of smoking or vaping is discovered in the accommodation, a minimum fee of 50,000 yen will be levied, in addition to supplementary cleaning charges and compensation if the room becomes unsuitable for future occupancy.
Ashtrays are available outside the entrance of The Ridge Hakuba.
Does the guest room come with a refrigerator?
Both hotel rooms and apartments are furnished with a refrigerator.Is there complimentary parking available?

Hakuba offers three supermarkets: A-coop, AEON BIG, and Delicia, all of which are a 10-15 minutes drive from The Ridge Hakuba.Is there a nearby convenience store?
There is a Lawson located approximately a 5-minute drive from The Ridge Hakuba.Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after checkout?
Certainly, we would be delighted to assist with luggage storage upon request. Please be advised to be responsible for any valuables.Is it possible to ship my luggage to the hotel in advance of my arrival?
We’d be pleased to hold onto your luggage and snow gear until check-in, excluding valuables, food, and hazardous items.Kindly ensure that the shipping label includes the main booker’s name and the check-in date.

お部屋での喫煙はご遠慮いただいております。電子タバコもご利用いただけません。万が一、お部屋での喫煙や電子タバコの使用を発見した場合は、最低5万円を利用規約違反として徴収させていただく場合がございます。また、状況によっては清掃料金や客室備品の補償などの一部をご負担いただく場合がございます。
